Preaching is proclaiming the Good News of God in Jesus Christ. Therefore, a preacher must communicate to all people: who God is and what He has done for us.

What then has God done for us? He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the our sins. This is Good News because the consequences for sin is death and separation from God. For all who believe in Christ and put their trust in Him, the gift is eternal life with God.
